RETURN POLICY (US)
All returns purchased from the online store MUST be delivered to our office within 30 days from the date you initially receive the order.
You may exchange the purchased product with a different one or with a different size.
All merchandise must be in perfect, unused condition with hang-tags, in their original packaging.
Please be mindful of potential stains from makeup or deodorant when trying on tops and dresses.
Products received in used, laundered, or damaged condition will be refused.
Returns and exchanges are typically processed within one week of being received at our warehouse; please allow for additional processing time during peak seasons and holidays. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been processed.
Subject to exceptions, you may return item(s) you have purchased online providing you cover the postage costs.
We will only refund the delivery charge if the complete order is faulty or damaged otherwise we will make a pro-rata payment.
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE GOODS
In case of defective goods, the customer is requested to attach an image of the production defect and the relevant description, in order to demonstrate the imperfection.
After receipt e-mail, Sweet Mommy will inform you if the return has been accepted and if you will receive a new product or will be refunded.
ITEMS ON SALE
All items on Christmas and New Year Sale 2018-2019 SALE are non-exchangeable and non refundable.
Other country orders are final sale and non-refundable. We encourage you to contact our stuff at email@example.com to find just the right size for you!
